Planet Destroyer 3D Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Taste Games, operated by Andrei Marcu (“Taste Games,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), handles information in the Planet Destroyer 3D mobile application (the “App”). For questions about this policy, contact tastegames13@gmail.com.

Data collection and use

The App contains advertising and uses Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads. The App Store privacy disclosure indicates that identifiers and usage data may be used for tracking; device ID and product interaction may be used for third-party advertising; product interaction may be used for analytics; device ID may be used for app functionality; and crash data may be used for diagnostics and app functionality.

Taste Games does not necessarily receive or directly control every item of information processed by third-party advertising software development kits (SDKs). Information may be collected directly by Google or processed on its behalf under Google's own terms and privacy practices.

Third-party advertising

Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads may process, where applicable, device and advertising identifiers, IP address, approximate location inferred from an IP address, device model and operating-system information, app and advertising interactions, product interaction and usage data, diagnostic and crash information, and consent and privacy choices.

This information may be used to provide advertisements; provide personalized advertising only where legally allowed and consented to; provide non-personalized or contextual advertising; limit ad frequency; prevent fraud and support security; prepare reporting and advertising measurement; perform analytics; and diagnose and fix crashes.

Third-party services

The App uses Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads. Google's practices are described in its Privacy Policy and advertising and privacy information. Google may process information independently, and its use of information is governed by its own policies.

Consent and privacy choices

Where required, available consent messages may allow you to make choices about advertising. You may also use operating-system privacy controls and advertising settings that are available on your device. Choices and requests relating to information controlled by Google may need to be submitted through Google or its available privacy tools.

EEA, United Kingdom, and Switzerland

For users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, consent may be requested where applicable for advertising-related processing. Personalized advertising is used only where legally allowed and, when required, consented to. You may withdraw or adjust available choices through consent messages, device controls, or relevant provider tools, subject to the options available to you.

United States state privacy rights

Depending on your state and the applicable law, you may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, or opt out of certain processing of personal information, including targeted advertising or the sale or sharing of personal information as defined by law. To make a request about information directly handled by Taste Games, email tastegames13@gmail.com. Requests concerning information controlled solely by Google may also need to be submitted to Google.

Data retention and deletion requests

Taste Games retains information it directly receives only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law. Google may retain information under its own policies and practices, and Taste Games does not control every third-party retention period. We will review deletion requests for information directly held by Taste Games; we cannot directly delete information controlled solely by Google.

Data security

We use reasonable measures intended to protect information we directly handle. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

International processing

Information processed through the App or by its service providers may be processed in countries other than the country where you live. Those countries may have data-protection laws that differ from the laws of your jurisdiction.

Children's privacy

We do not knowingly seek personal information directly from children through the App. If you believe that a child has provided personal information directly to Taste Games, please contact us at tastegames13@gmail.com so we can review the concern. Third-party providers' handling of information is governed by their own privacy policies.

Policy updates

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the App or our practices. An updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
